Thank You for Helping Shape the RHSI’s Future

A heartfelt thank you to all our members who took the time to complete the recent RHSI Member Survey. The response was incredible, over 400 members shared their thoughts and ideas for the Society. It was especially lovely to read such thoughtful and considered feedback. Your voices will be heard, and they are already helping to guide our future.

As a next step in this process, the RHSI Board gathered this week for a full-day strategy session at our beautiful Bellefield garden in Co. Offaly. Our directors travelled from across the country, Galway, Mayo, Cork and Dublin , to meet and begin shaping RHSI’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan.

Expertly facilitated by Katie Burke, the session focused on the themes and priorities emerging from the survey and one-to-one interviews. It was a productive, energising day filled with great discussion, big ideas, and a shared commitment to the Society’s future.

This is just the beginning and we’ll continue to share updates as the strategy evolves. Thank you again to our members for helping us take this important step forward. Together, we’re growing something truly special.
