Mount Usher Gardens

Internationally acclaimed Mount Usher Garden covers 22 acres (8 ha) through which the River Vartry runs, is home to 32 Champion Trees of Ireland as well as approximately 4,500 different varieties of trees, shrubs and plants, many of which are rarely seen growing anywhere else in Ireland. The garden is maintained organically without the use of herbicides or pesticides.

1st April- 31st October 10am- 5.30pm. Last entry 4.30pm.
1st Nov- 31st March 10am-5pm  Last entry 4pm.
Closed 25th and 26th December.
