Can You Lend a Hand at the Russborough Garden Show?

Sunday, May 18th – Our biggest public event of the year!

As we get ready for this year’s RHSI Russborough Garden Show, we’re reaching out to you, our wonderful members—because who better to represent us than the very people who make our Society so special?

This is our main public-facing event of the year, where we welcome gardeners, visitors, and plant-lovers from all over—and we need your help to make it shine. From welcoming guests at the gate to helping set up stalls and tidy things away at the end, there’s a job for everyone.

We’re looking for volunteers to cover just one time slot, and in return, you’ll get free entry to the show (hurrah!) and the warm glow that comes from being part of something really worthwhile.

Here are the slots we’re hoping to fill:

8am – 10am: Early birds for set-up

10am – 1pm: Morning welcome crew

1pm – 4pm: Afternoon buzz team

4pm – 6pm: Take-down & tidy-up heroes

The main role is meet and greet—chatting with the public, offering a friendly face, and sharing the spirit of the RHSI. But we also need some hands-on help too, especially during set-up and take-down. It’s a great way to get stuck in, meet fellow members, and enjoy the show from the inside out!
