Growing Together: RHSI Strategic Plan 2026–2030
Growing Together sets out the RHSI’s vision for the next five years, guiding how the society will grow, evolve and respond to the changing landscape of horticulture in Ireland.
Building on recent growth and increasing national reach, the strategy balances continuity with ambition – strengthening the areas the RHSI is known for, while expanding its role in education, engagement and representation. It reflects a moment of opportunity for the society, shaped by member insight and experience, and provides a clear sense of direction.
The plan is supported by a practical action framework, outlining how these ambitions will be delivered through collaboration and shared effort.
Together, they provide a roadmap for the RHSI’s continued development and long-term impact.
